Beginners will be doing an introductory TJK self-defence course for the first hour followed by second hour which will include practice time, Jujutsu specific fitness exercises and sports drills.

Advanced students will be covering self-defence in the first hour and sport jujutsu in the second hour. Sport Jujutsu will cover techniques used in a competitive format and include sparring / randori / rounds.
